As the Trading Post Farm Food Hub we are a pick up and exchange center for many local CSAs. Because multiple farms bring their produce to the Farm Food Hub the products are diverse and the growing season extended. PostNotes are used to facilitate non-cash exchanges between the Farm Food Hub, the growers, and the community members. Each PostNote represents a share of the local-organic harvest and livestock of participating farms. A PostNote is a reminder to pick up or exchange the product by the expiration date. Or it can be used as a $5 off discount, for a gift certificate, or for a meal at the Trading Post Farm Food Hub.
